Bloody Mary: vodka (3 parts), tomato juice(6 parts), spices or flavorings such as vodka, Tabasco sauce, piri piri sauce, beef consommé or bouillon, horseradish, celery, olive, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, and celery salt
Blue Lagoon:vodka (1 part), blue Curaçao (1 part), lemonade (4 parts)
Mojito: white rum, lime juice, mint leaves, soda water, sugar
Caïpirinha [kaˈʃasɐ] :(from Brazil), Cachaça (sugar cane hard liquor), sugar, lime
Daïquiri: white rum, lime juice, simple syrup
Gin tonic: gin and tonic water
Planter's: dark rum, fresh orange juice+ pineapple juice + lemon juice, grenadine syrup, sugar syrup, 3 or 4 dashes of Angostura bitters+ decorate with cherry.

-Whiskey Jameson 12 ans- the best Irish blended whiskey (2008 awards), aged in oak barrels (vieilli en fût de chêne); colour: golden; flavour : sherry; spices :liquorice (réglisse), red fruit.

-Decaffeinated coffee Aqua "Malongo": there is no caffeine, no solvent ; it's organic (bio) and fair trade (commerce équitable)
