Comment progresser à l'oral en Anglais ?

How can we improve our English speaking practice ?

EN-

1)  Practise the one-minute speaking T challenge !

              Choose a Topic + Talk non-stop in English for 1 or 2 minutes.

             Option :  Record (= enregistrer) your voice, fix (= repair) your errors, start again..
  
If you get stuck (= bloqué), say the word in your mother-tongue  (= langue maternelle), keep going (continuer), check in the  dictionary in the end, start again...



FR-  S'entraîner à parler EN CONTINU pendant 1 minute, se corriger, recommencer, chercher le vocabulaire inconnu dans un dictionnaire ou sur son smartphone, refaire en se corrigeant...
Tous les jours, même heure, "simuler" qu'on parle à une autre personne à propos d'une activité, de sa journée ex petit-déjeûner, sortie, activités de la journée etc

Une option : s'enregistrer, s'écouter, corriger, reprendre...dire le mot inconnu dans sa langue maternelle, continuer puis vérifier ce mot à la fin, et recommencer tout en anglais...
